Shipping and Order Process Information

NOTE: Follow Your Heart products are made refrigerator fresh to ensure the best flavor without the use of additives or preservatives. Since they must be kept chilled to arrive fresh and delicious, ground shipping is only available to California, Nevada and Arizona residents.
Note: Orders will be processed on the following days for each shipping method.
  • 3 Day shipping - Monday - Tuesday only
  • 2 Day Shipping - Monday - Wednesday only
  • Next Day Shipping - Monday - Thursday only
Orders placed after 3pm on the last day for each shipping method will not be processed to the following Monday. we do this to insure that products reach you fresh. Thank you for your understanding
